FARES AND PRICES

All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and electronic receipts are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advise otherwise.

YOUR E-TICKETS AND DEPARTURE POINT

Please present your e-ticket for scanning  10-15 minutes before departure, to the guide or other Orkney Island Tours staff member at the departure point of your tour. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation /e-ticket. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours. 

E-tickets can be reissued at any time. Please contact us at hello@orkneyislandtours.co.uk to request a reissue.

AVAILABILITY

The travel products and services sold through orkneyislandtours.co.uk , orkneyislandtours.com or oit.simpletix.com   or any other online ticketing interface are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.

IMPORTANT

We request that you carefully check the dates on your booking confirmation / e-ticket  and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation more than a week in advance : 15% administration fee
• Cancellation between a week and 48 hours prior to departure: 50% of the total amount plus administration fees that might be imposed
• Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to departure date and time or no-show: 100% of the total amount
• • In addition if you have purchased a tour specifically linked to and promoted to match a cruise ship Port Call into Orkney and that Port Call is cancelled within 48 hours of the tour departure time Orkney Island Tours Limited undertake to refund you in full. If a Port Call is curtailed, or shortened after you are ashore we will do our utmost to return you to your ship before its rescheduled departure time but Orkney Island Tours can not be held responsible for any consequential costs if we are unable to do so.
